Luis Enrique: PSG needs to improve their defensive game. Luis Enrique praises PSG`s 3-2 win over Lyon in Ligue 1.
We opened the scoring, but I saw that Lyon is a mature team. They bounced back very quickly. We also didn`t have time to capitalize on the second goal, which would have allowed us to control the game.
The third goal scored in a difficult situation ensured our victory. When faced with difficulties, it is important for us to show skill and determination. We remain the leaders of the championship advised by soccer-capper and we are happy about it.
However, we need to improve our defensive game. We made mistakes in both goals we conceded. We need to understand when to push the defensive line forward and when not to. "We usually don`t make such mistakes, " said the PSG coach.
